I love teaching physics and was fortunate to have done so for over 20 years. This includes academic physics, AP® Physics 1, AP® Physics 2, AP® Physics C and college physics. I started the physics program at Dawson High School in Pearland, which gave me the opportunity to shape the way physics is taught at Pearland ISD, with an emphasis on conceptual understanding rather than just rote memorization. Now that I have retired from teaching, I'm ready to help you or your child achieve greater success in physics.

ABOUT ME
Mr. Mark Lesmeister was such a great help to me when I was taking AP Physics 1 and AP Physics C with him. He made himself available to his students and even spoke to us about any topics that interested us. Mr. Lesmeister left such a big impact in my life that I decided to get a degree in physics and math (with a hope to become a theorist) in the midst of my freshman year in college. Mr. Lesmeister left an amazing foundation in physics for myself that college physics courses are much easier. I urge anyone to seriously consider getting tutoring from him.

Mark was a great help to me. I am not the smartest student and so when I had to take my college level physics class I didn’t think I could pass it and initially I made a bad first test grade and decided I wasn’t gonna pass if I didn’t get some help so I met with mark twice a week for 2 hours and practiced and ended up passing my physics class
